CALL FOR PORTFOLIOS
LOOKING FOR INSTALLATION ARTISTS
We are looking for one installation artist, preferably in the New York or New Jersey area for a private commissioned artwork. We are not requesting proposals at this stage yet, just resumes and portfolios.
The client is a well known global company opening a new office and looking for an art installation that has a theme of environmental awareness and sustainability in the lobby of their offices.
If you would like to be considered for this commission, please send BEFORE FEBRUARY 9, 2020, resume and portfolio with images of your best past work. You can do so by creating your artist profile and artwork gallery here on EcoArt Showcase. A small number of selected artists will be invited to present a full proposal and they will receive details for the site-specific installation request. One artist will be hired for the commissioned artwork. Work creation and installation must be done between March and June 2020. There will be no limit for budget as we are looking for something REALLY GREAT!
Artwork will be positioned in the space at the bottom of the stairs, probably hanging down from the double-floor high ceiling.
Only a group of selected artists will receive full details for the site-specific commission and will be invited to present a proposal.
